At Sompo, we believe in the power of sharing. Sharing our time, our talents and our treasures to ensure that our culture of supporting one another is felt around the world. Each year the Sompo Foundation works with select nonprofit organizations through meaningful financial partnerships and engagement opportunities with a vision of positive change in our focus areas. We encourage and empower our employees to share in their passion areas through volunteerism, our matching gift program, and employee directed giving.
